These terms govern use of the public Vibe2Cloud pre-beta marketing website operated by Lap 1 Labs, Inc.

Pre-beta website scope
Vibe2Cloud is currently pre-beta, with beta planned to open in late August 2026. This website provides information, resources, beta signup, and a contact method.
The Vibe2Cloud marketing website does not currently host customer accounts or paid product services. Any account or service offered through a separate Lap 1 Labs portal is subject to the terms presented with that separate service.
Informational content and availability
Website content is provided for general information and may change as the product develops. Pre-beta descriptions, timing, features, and availability are not a promise that a particular service will be offered on a particular date.
Submitting a beta signup or contact inquiry does not create a customer relationship, reserve capacity, guarantee acceptance, or require either party to purchase or provide services.
Acceptable use
You may use the website for lawful evaluation, learning, beta interest, and communication with Vibe2Cloud.
- Do not interfere with the website, submission endpoints, or their security controls.

The Vibe2Cloud name, website design, copy, graphics, and other website materials are owned by or licensed to Lap 1 Labs, Inc. You may not reproduce or distribute them except as allowed by law or with written permission.
These website terms do not change the ownership commitments described for a future customer migration. Any migration engagement will be governed by its own written service documents.
