This policy explains how Lap 1 Labs, Inc., operating Vibe2Cloud, handles information collected through the Vibe2Cloud marketing website.

Information we collect
The beta signup flow collects your email address and a bounded source value that identifies where the signup was opened.
The contact form collects your name, email address, optional company name, message, and a non-visible bot-trap field used to reject automated abuse.
Our hosting and delivery services may process basic technical information, such as request timing, browser origin, and service logs, to operate and protect the website.
How we use information
We use beta signup information to record your interest and communicate beta availability or participation updates.
We use contact information to review, route, and respond to your inquiry. Submitting the contact form does not enroll you in marketing messages.
We may also use limited technical information to secure, diagnose, maintain, and improve the website and its submission services.
Service providers and processing
Amazon Web Services hosts the website submission services and stores beta signup records on Vibe2Cloud infrastructure.
Twilio SendGrid processes contact form information to deliver the inquiry by email to Vibe2Cloud. It may also deliver an internal beta signup notification after a signup is recorded.
We disclose information when required by law, to protect the website and its users, or to service providers acting for the purposes described in this policy. We do not sell contact or beta signup information.
Retention and security
We retain beta signup information while it is needed to administer beta interest and retain contact information only as long as reasonably needed to handle the inquiry, meet legal obligations, and protect our services.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Your choices
You may ask about, correct, or request deletion of information you submitted, subject to legal and operational retention needs. You may also ask us to stop beta communications.
A contact inquiry and a beta signup are separate actions. Contacting us does not add you to the beta list or a marketing list.
